HIPAYO is the local chapter of PayrollOrg serving the State of Hawaii. Membership is open to all payroll, human resources, and other professionals concerned with the development and operation of payroll and related functions. HIPAYO is an autonomous and independent chapter of PayrollOrg. The purpose of the organization is to provide a forum to exchange information, experiences and ideas for the benefit and education of its members.
